- TowCentric is towing and parking management software. It runs digital parking permits, violation stickering, paid parking, tow dispatch, the driver app, impound and release, and compliance on one record. Private property towing companies, roadside operators, parking enforcement patrols, property managers and management companies all use it.
- Does TowCentric handle roadside calls as well as private property towing?
- Yes. Roadside assistance and non-contract calls have their own dispatch type and tow ticket. You can text the caller a link to share their location, and record the reason, photos, signature and amount collected. Contract properties run in the same system and the same driver app.
- What is the difference between stickering and parking tickets?
- Both warn a driver that a vehicle broke the property’s parking rules before anyone tows it. In TowCentric, a sticker also carries photos and a tow-due timer, and it can wait for the property manager to choose tow, extend or release.
- Can a property management company manage all its properties in TowCentric?
- Yes. Every property sits under its management company, with the company’s supervisors and account representative. Permit limits, do-not-tow lists, instructions and paid parking payouts are still set property by property.
- Does TowCentric replace parking hangtags?
- Yes. Residents register their vehicles and issue guest passes in the SmartParking app or web portal. The permit is tied to the plate, so drivers and patrols check the plate instead of looking for a hangtag.
- Does TowCentric report private property tows to law enforcement?
- Where the jurisdiction uses the VTS reporting system, TowCentric syncs each towed vehicle from the tow ticket to the right law-enforcement agency, with your storage facility number, and logs every request.
