Stickering
Between a warning and a tow, there’s a sticker.
Not every violation should end on a hook. With TowCentric stickering, a driver photographs the vehicle and leaves a warning notice, a timer starts, and the property manager gets the final say before anything is towed — with every step on record.

Manager decision
How a sticker becomes a decision.
- 1
Sticker it with proof
On each property visit the driver records the plate, VIN and reason, and attaches photos. Every sticker from that visit is grouped together.
- 2
The clock starts
Each sticker carries an issue date and a tow-due date. When the time runs out, it moves to “tow due” on its own, with nothing to track by hand.
- 3
The manager decides
The property manager is notified and chooses: tow, extend the due date, or let it go. Some properties need a manager decision on every sticker; you set which.
- 4
Tow, with the file attached
If it’s a tow, the sticker’s photos and history go with the job, so the tow is defensible before the truck arrives.
Stickering that holds up.
Photo evidence on every notice
Photos are tied to the sticker the moment they are taken.
Tow-due timers
Due and expiry dates are watched by scheduled jobs, not by someone’s calendar.
Extensions on record
Extend a due date for a resident who needs more time, and keep the reason.
Manager decisions
Tow or no-tow decisions are recorded against the sticker, with who decided.
Do-not-tow safelist
Vehicles a property protects are flagged, and the entry expires when it should.
Pause per property
Pause a property’s sticker service and resume it later without losing its history.
Frequently asked questions
- Is stickering the same as ticketing?
- It covers the same ground: a notice that a vehicle broke the property’s parking rules, before anyone tows it. In TowCentric the notice also carries a tow-due timer and can wait for the property manager’s decision.
- Who decides whether a stickered car is towed?
- You choose per property. The sticker can move to tow due when its timer runs out, or wait for the property manager to choose tow, extend or release.
- Are property managers notified?
- Yes. Sticker notifications go out by email, and every sticker is visible in the property’s portal.
